Shipping Policy

FOR ITEMS BEING SHIPPED VIA OUR TRANSPORT PARTNERS, PLEASE SEE THEIR DELIVERY POLICIES

Return & Exchange Policy

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Notify us within 14 days of receipt.

Items must be unused so please take good care of them while they are in your possession.

Unassembled – if a product requires assembly, please return it unassembled, back in the box.  Return items in their original packaging.

Do not order multiple colours or sizes to see which you prefer.

Refunds will be processed as soon as possible after return.  You must ensure the items are wrapped and ready for collection prior to the vehicle arriving if collection has been arranged.  Return shipping costs are payable by the customer and must be arranged themselves.

Returns of Bedding

We do accept returns for the bedding if there is a problem, however due to health and safety we CAN NOT accept any bedding that has been WASHED, IRONED, USED, all items must have original packaging in order to be accepted, all returns must be shipped back to:

Return shipping costs are payable by the customer and must be arranged themselves.

Returns of Furniture

We do accept returns on furniture if the item is faulty and photographic evidence can be provided, as long as damage has only occurred during transport.  Normal wear and tear is not acceptable reason for returning an item.

All cost of returns are liable to the BUYER not the SELLER

Mattresses, pillows, bedding and sofa beds are non-refundable once used.  All customer made to measure orders are non-refundable.  

PLEASE NOTE ANY ITEMS PURCHASED FROM SCFURNITURE AND BEDDING, SOLD ON TO A THIRD PARTY IS NO LONGER COVERED BY ANY GUARANTEE WE SUPPLY.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you notice any product or packaging damaged please record this on the driver’s delivery notes.

Where possible please call us whilst the driver is still there.

We will fix or replace any damaged item.

Risk of damage to or loss of the products shall pass to you upon delivery.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

FAULTY ITEMS

Please report any faults to your item as soon as you notice them.  Make a note of any damage to your property or contents incurred during delivery as we will not be responsible for any repair once delivery has been signed for.

We will require photos and we may send an independent furniture technician to assess the fault.

At our discretion we will fix or replace any faulty item.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

GUARANTEE

All our products come with a 1 years manufacturers guarantee unless otherwise stated.  Leather and fabric sofas come with a one year warranty, recliners 2 years and 5 years for the metal framework mechanism.
