Prices and Payment
All prices are inclusive of IVA (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery/assembly charges, where applicable.
You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. Any pricing error shall be subject to correction without liability.
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure but, in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering.

CLEARANCE ITEMS
Clearance items sold are non-refundable and do not have a guarantee, floor models are sold as seen and do not have any guarantee. We cannot be responsible for any clearance, shop floor or sold as seen items, if there is a problem after delivery has been accepted and signed for, as once they have been delivered, there is no guarantee.

GUARANTEE
All our products come with a 1-year manufacturers guarantee unless otherwise stated. Clearance items and any product sold as seen or floor models are not covered by any guarantee, as stated above.

CONTRACT CANCELLATION.
We will make every effort to fulfil your order, however, we reserve the right to cancel at any time and will not be liable to you or any third party. We also reserve the right to refuse any transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. If you want to change or cancel your delivery date you must notify us within 4 working days before delivery.
