RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Notify us within 14 days of receipt.

Items must be unused so please take good care of them while they are in your possession.

Do not order multiple colours or sizes to see which you prefer.

Refunds will be processed as soon as possible after return. 

We do not store customer credit card details. Please note: All our bed linen is hand made to order so does take some time, we aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 working days but please allow up to 7-10 working days in busy periods. You have up to 14 days to cancel or return your item for a full refund if you are not 100% happy with your purchase, please check sizes before washing or using as refunds cannot be given on used items. Cancelled or returned orders will be refunded in the same process as paid payment, refunded payments will be returned within 2-3 working days.
